I was swept into this HAMP travesty when I applied for a refi through Bank of America. Now I have to file a lawsuit against the bank for lying to me after 18 months and ruining my credit rating — (was 850 and is now 650) not to mention attaching impounds to my account and phantom late charges and other erroneous fees. No one will listen to what’s going on!! Please, you must report on this further
