Bad point regarding the assault, child is a victim of sexual assault. The gender is relevant only to the investigation.

Thanks for your comment. It's hard to argue that Spanier should continue to be a president or a public employee the more information. Almost a decade (with his knowledge from 02 to now) of Sanudsky using PSU facilities to run a charity where he . Compare that to the Clinton County School District officials who blew this open in 2009. They reported Sandusky to authorities, sought to interview the victim and proactively protected their students in their charge. The contrast is damning.

If time is simultaneous, reality equates perspective which leaves reality to be malleable & everything is constantly adapting then what is stumping scientists? Granted science in itself is just as effable as the men who turn it’s gears. Frankly, in their time the mayans counted in 3′s & were well ahead of their earthly counterparts… Why is it will still look at their foundation as primitive? Our baseline (mathematics) is flawed, I have discovered a more cogent form of understanding. For f**k’s sake would at least one of those who can aide me in sharing this with the world give me the time of day & not try to steal my work….? Please lol, I’m getting sick of being back handed by the little human illusion nazis. I’m sick of being doubted by fools, the illusion of knowledge is what is stopping science from progressing. I’m ready to change the world now, maybe get funded well enough to prove that I can prove the existence of a conscious (God) with logic, replace the scientific method etc. If everything is defined by it’s interpretation how could observation be any less subjective than “success”… bc the latter is no more than general perspective over vainglory or the lack there of… Contact me, change the world before it kills itself please.. Oh & by the world I mean all men, women & children. I can already prove this I just need open minds with big ears.

Put Spanier on administrative leave effective immediately so no other children are harmed.. Upon University or, better, police, investigation revealing he knew about, and, as is likely but not certain, covered up the crime(s), he repays state of PA salary and benefits garnered under false pretenses, (that he exercised his LEGAL duties and responsibilities) and loses appropriate portion of his pension. Difficult to believe he is a parent. It’s possible but unlikely he knew nothing; maybe willfull ignorance? Emphasis on willfull.

So let’s condone the other behavior instead? And what you call fickle, in this example is clearly a lack of courteousness. And I don’t condone beating women. But there’s a matter of courtesy here that’s not being talked about rather it’s being merely glossed over. See we always come back to someone having to put up with the rude behavior or another as if that’s a god given right, or a right bestowed to us via the founding fathers. But even the founding fathers acknowledged offensive speech, or behavior. Though it’s my contention that it’s been so narrowly construed as to justify the existence of some of the most abhorrent behavior which created a breeding ground for such things like bullying, and or libelous or just plain rude to be rude.

In the scenario, limited in scope though it is, should he beat her into a coma?? I don’t think so in an ideal world. Problem is, put that scenario under scrutiny. Did she flip him off, did she mouth off and laugh as she humiliated him and disrespected him? See, I don’t minimize those behavior infractions. And we wonder why people go off. Perhaps they are tired of putting up with those who are disrespectful. But we don’t have laws to govern that now do we as for some reason it’s been rationalized as acceptable.

No man has the right to beat a woman into a coma, regardless of the woman’s attitude. If society continues to condone such a criminal behavior, pretty soon we will have a host of criminals justifying their crimes on the grounds of women not complying with their fickle wishes!

kinda unrelated, but any fan of “you’ve got mail” should check out the classic jimmy stewart movie “shop around the corner”. YGM was basically a remake of SATC, and obviously they paid homage to it by naming meg ryan’s store after the original movie
